How do I open an account?

You can open an account online (in 10 minutes) by clicking here and filling out our application form. Alternatively, you can visit us at our Branch or provide us your contact details and we will get back to you.

What are your commissions and fees?

Our transparent and easy-to-understand fee structure means no unexpected charges. The annual account fee is 400 NAD and there is no close out fee. For other commissions and fees, please consult our Pricing Terms.

What are the documents required?

To open an account you must provide evidence of identity (certified copy of ID, Passport or equivalent document) and proof of your address, profession and tax residence.

When will my account be active?

Your account became active once we receive all the documents and forms required for the account opening. The opening process became complete as soon as you fund your account.

How do I fund my account?

You can choose the method that works best for you: transfer money, deposit a check or transfer an account.The minimum amount to open an account is 10.000 NAD.
